MS Project convert duration from days to weeks.

All my tasks are entered as days. I need them to be weeks. Example:
Task A 80 days....needs to read.....Task A 16 weeks

any suggestions? I don't want to have to do the math myself for the 200
tasks...some of them will read like 14.8 weeks....

I could add a Duration1 with a formula to change the days to weeks but I
don't know how to write it.....thanks
