MS Publisher 2000

I cannot insert picture from scanner. All other Microsoft products work. Have
reinstalled Publisher and printer/scanner. Help

I always recommend that you do your scanning first, tweak it in your
favorite photo editing program, and then insert the results into Publisher.
Fewer problems.
