MS Publisher 2002

I have installed MS Publisher 2002 on a TS Server using
Add/Remove programs.

A user with Admin rights can use the application, however
a normal user cannot.

After logging on as the user and opening Publisher I get
this error message: Low memory or full hard drive.

Please help.

You have to install Publisher for each and every user, logged on to that
user while installing.
