Description of Fauit:- Word becomes unresponsive when user tries to abort
printing after a warning that margins are outide printable area. Please can
anyone offer advice on how to fix it?

Error Message:- The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area
of the page. Do you want to continue?
Yes - document prints
No - Word becomes unresponsive

Detail:- Document is a single A4 (Margins:- T=1.59 B=1.27 L=3.17 R=3.17
Orientation:- Portrait) page with table and some graphics. A couple of
graphics extend beyond the right margin. Bringing them within the margin
does not prevent the fault.

The printer used is an HP Business Deskjet HP1100 with latest drivers
installed. Fault does occur on other printers, but this is the printer
immediately available.

The computer is a Dell notebook running Windows XP. It connects with the
printer over an Ethernet network with a Linux Debian server.

Word is 2003 with SP3 installed.

Check that you have the latest printer driver and then delete and reinstall
the printer. This is a typical HP printer driver problem. You can test this
by switching to a different printer and testing.
