ms word 2000 help!

Hi, i need to export information from ms access 2000 to word 2000 so that
external printers can print the information. what i need to know is how can a
sort the data on pages in a word doc. basically i have around 2000 memebers
on my database and to save paper i would like all members who work for a
company to be printed on one A4 paper instead of each member to be printed on
a separate A4 paper, Like in a mail merge. Can anyone help please.

For reports like this you should use Access not Word. Importing the
information to Word only makes sense if you have to use formatting features
that aren't available in Access. Otherwise Access queries/reports will do
all the sorting/formatting/printing you need. From what you say you simply
want to print out query results.
