Dear Sirs,
I have a letter should be sent to a 100 persons, and inside this letter i
should enter the name and the country of each one of them, and i have a
table( word document ) which includes the names and the country , how can i
make the word preparing the 100 letter which each one take the name and the
country name from the table

A tool in Word called Mail Merge will do the trick.

This is a straightforward form letter mail merge, using your table as a data
source - the procedure is simiilar to that described at
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm albeit you are
using a form letter rather than a label as your merge document.
