Almost every day when I come in, login to Windows XP,
start Outlook, my Outlook 2002 won't load. I have to end
the task in Windows Task Manager. I have to restart my
computer so when I go to do the shut down, I get the
error MSBLNETCONN -- this program is not responding. Any
ideas on how to stop this?
