Msproject 2003 Project Server - Project Versions

The help from MSP suggest to to create regular "Archived Versions"of a
project, i.e. monthly to compare progress.

How can this be done????
When you change the name of a project MSP Server indicates that you first
save the project as a published version therefore after this you can open
this project and then save a NEW ARCHIVED VERSION with the NEW name of the
NEW Published Version. But all we need to do is have a monthly archive from
the existing ORIGINAL, published schedule.


Please help us???
