MSWord and A9 envelopes

MSWord does not have the latest envelopes (A9) listed as an option in the
page setup menu. Any ideas other that creating a custom sized document?

Word will only allow the page sizes permitted by the printer driver. If the
size you want doesn't exist the simplest plan is to use the next larger size
and adjust the margins to place the text correctly when the smaller size is
used. Create a template for your envelopes.
