Hi all

I am using Outlook 2000 on an XP machine.

I have 2 staff using the same machine and they click on their logon names to
load up their own configuration on start up.

The problem is that there are now seperate files for each Outlook user. I want
them to share the program details (sharing calender, tasks etc) so each can see
who the other makes appointments for.

Any ideas?
