Multiple Deleted E-Mails

Each time I download my e-mails, I receive multiple e-mails of the same one
in my deleted folder. These are e-mails that have been filter out.
Sometimes I get as many as six of the same e-mail.
This seems to only apply to the e-mails that have been filtered.

On every rule with a "move to" or "delete" statement also use the action
"stop processing rules"
