Multiple duplicate emails received in Outlook 2003

After upgrading to Outlook 2003 with Business Contact
Manager on my office workstation, I started receiving the
same emails multiple times from my POP3 account in
Outlook. Concurrently, I did not have the same issue with
Outlook XP on my home workstation. However, after
upgrading at home, the same issue is now occuring. Even
after deleting the messages from my mail server, the
messages are still delivered to my Outlook client. What
can be the issue?
