Multiple email accounts

Is there a way how to separate email accounts in Outlook 2003?

What I mean is that one will have like mail1 and mail2 and each have its
separate inbox, sent items, drafts and all other folders instead of one for
both.

If they're all POP3 accounts you've got to use rules to move the items based
on incoming account since Outlook is designed to feed all POP3 & Exchange
mail into a common folder set.
