Hello,
I'm using Outlook XP, and have a problem about the multiple IMAP
accounts.
I have 5 IMAP accounts to be managed by Outlook, and those accounts
should also be managed on their unix domain by unix client (such as
pine). The problem is every time I sent an email by Outlook, the mail I
sent would be put in the default "Sent Items" folder, but not be put in
the "Sent Items" folder of the IMAP account from which I sent the
email. Therefore, it's a
trouble when I have to use unix client to access my mail, because that
sent mail is not save to the IMAP server and won't be seen through
other clients.
This function is default in Outlook Express 6, it can put every email
you sent to the corresponding "sent mail" folder, according to which
IMAP accounts you are using as "From...". I'm just curious how to have
this function in Outlook XP. I ever tried the Filter, but even though
it moves the sent mail to a folder, there are still unpurged mails in
default "Sent Items" folder.
Also, is such function available in Outlook 2003? If so, I might switch
to Outlook 2003.
Thanks. Happy New Year!
