Multiple Inboxes

Hi,

I have a user whom I just upgraded to a new PC, and from
Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. On his outlook 2000, he
had 3 Inbox folder groups (i.e. inbox, sent items,
outbox, etc). He apparently was receiving mail from one
person in one of the inboxes other than his main inbox,
and he didn't know how or why e-mail from this one person
came to that inbox instead of his main one. The 3rd
inbox group had no e-mails in it at all.
When I installed Outlook 2003, I pointed it to his main
inbox, and it works fine for that box, but I don't know
how to get him to his "alternate" inbox to read the mail
from this one user, so I am looking for help with that.
Would this 2nd inbox have a different .pst file
associated with it, and can I merge the two?
His main inbox is stored locally on his PC, and he has an
inbox in a shared folder on a server that was last access
this morning, so maybe that's the 2nd inbox's .pst file.
Is there a way to check? Can I hook up his old PC, and
figure out where the 2nd inbox was pointing to? I know
for the main inbox, you can look at properties
on "outlook today" and see where it points to, but can
you do that for the 2nd inbox?

Any help would be appreciated, and sorry about the long
post.

Mike
