Multiple Mailbox. Want to do mail merge from a specific one

In my curent outlook I have 2 accounts that I manage. A
personal one and then I have a second one.

I'm currently doing a mail merge (to email) with Word, but
I wanted to go out of my second account not the main one.

All I have done so far is from Outlook display the From
line and then type my second account thus I can send
emails from my second account, but I can't do it from the
Word mail merge (since I'm sending about 200)

Which version of outlook?

You should either make the second account the default one before starting
the merge or make a second profile with the second account as default.
