Multiple Mailboxes in Outlook

I have a user who has 2 exchange email accounts. I need
him to be able to send and recieve mail from both
accounts. for some reason we can't get Outlook (2003) to
recognize the second account.

Does anyone know hat to make this work? I would be very
grateful for any input.

What type of email account is the one not working? are they the same type? Do
they belong to the same email service?
