Multiple messages

A few day ago, I started receiving multiple copies of the
same emails. My email is not configured to break apart
large messages.

Also, anything I send sits in the Outbox until I double-
click on it and send it again. That's the only way it's
going out. My account is set up to send and receive
every minute. Help please!
