Multiple PSTs

I have a question I hope someone can answer for me. At my office I use 2
PST files in Outlook 2003 -- my company-issued one (WORK.PST) and a personal
one which contains three POP3 accounts (PERSONAL.PST) which resides on a USB
drive. I have desktop shortcuts for creating new e-mails, appointments,
tasks, etc., but these are created in the default PST file (WORK.PST). What
I would like to do is to duplicate these shortcuts so that the new shortcuts
will create the e-mail/appointment/task/contact in the PERSONAL.PST file, so
that I am reminded of my weekend appointments only when I'm using the
PERSONAL.PST file (at home) and of staff meetings only when I'm at work. By
the way, the PERSONAL.PST file is not loaded as a separate account in my
Exchange server profile, nor do I send or receive [personal] e-mails using
the WORK.PST file -- the only purpose of using the PERSONAL.PST file while
I'm at work is for quick access to information I frequently need that I
otherwise would not have access to unless I was at home. I hope this makes
sense. P.S. #1 -- the existing shortcuts work whether Outlook is open or
not; sample commands are like this:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE /c ipm.note (new
e-mail)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE /c ipm.contact
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE /c ipm.appointment

P.S. #2 -- Outlook is not present on the USB drive where PERSONAL.PST
resides.

TIA!
