Multiple schedules in program file

I have a client who has 5 related schedules to comprise a program. She has
taken a 6th project and uploaded all 5 schedules into it to run it as a
program. Does this make sense? I’m thinking better to have her put the
milestones from each schedule into one master program rather than the entire
contents of each schedule. She is very new to PM and Project in particular.
What’s the best course of action here? Upload all schedule content to one
master schedule or have a master milestone schedule?

Actually I should have sad that the 6th one was empty. What are the
ramifications of running the multiple projects this way? Should she update
each individual schedule and continue importing them? Or make changes in the
mater schedule?
