I use OUTLOOK 2007 to access my IMAP server which collects mail from multiple
POP (8) accounts. Trouble is when replying to IMAP messages in Outlook, the
'send via' account defaults to the default IMAP account, not the account the
message was sent to. This is confusing to clients who send an email to
'sales@' and get a response from 'techsupport@'. It is also more like to get
caught in SPAM traps.
While I can change this account manually in Outlook, is there any way or
add-in which can automatically choose the correct send account based on which
account the email was originally sent to?
