My activation key wont work!

I recently restored and backed up my system and now my activation key for
microsoft office home and student wont work. Any ideas?

Did the restore include a trial copy of Office 07?

What do you mean "won't work"?

Yes, by wont work I mean, it wont work. I paid for it a few months ago and
had to reinstall. Every time I try to enter the activation key it says its
invalid. I know its the correct one because Im copying it directly off my
conformation e-mail.

My computer came with it installed and I have the trail verson.

Uninstall both your version of Home and Student AND the trial version.
Re-install your Home and Student version after re-booting. Now try the key.
