my email is not sending or receiving ? I get error mes. everytime

I have netzero set up for my internet and email service. How do I get my
microsft email to work? Can I combine them so all I have to do is use 1
email? Please help!

What is your exact error message?
Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
Contact your ISP if you don't know your server settings. Once you've
obtained those create a mail profile in Outlook;
