My instrument labels DISAPPEARED

I was working on a Process Flow Diagram in Visio, and the instrument
labels for all my sample ports and flowmeters DISAPPEARED. The text
does show, though, if I double-click on the instrument.

I thought it was a text coloring issue, but even when selecting
everything and setting text to BLACK, the labels are still hidden.

Even now, if I add a new instrument, the label doesn't show (but does
show if I double-click on the instrument).

Any suggestions?

Right click on the page and make sure component tags are shown. Also right
click on the shape and make sure its tag is shown. Does that address the
problem?
