My last account is replaced by Personal Folders after exiting

When I exit Outlook and open again, my fourth and last account is replaced by
Personal Folders. The three earlier accounts are intact. However, when I
try to add the missing account, the other account using the same server is
changed to the restored account, so that I now have 2 copies of the restored
account but a new missing account. Anybody know how I can fix this?
