My Office 2007 Outlook won't work even after I loaded an upgrade.

Running W7 on a laptop. Trying to upgrade from O2003 to O2007. The laptop
came with a trial version of O2007. Now Outlook won't accept accounts or new
messages sent/received. Any clues?

Backup any Outlook data you have (pst files - just to be safe) then
uninstall ALL Office versions, including the Trial version AND the
Activation Assistant. Re-boot.
Re-install your paid-for version(s) of Office and re-connect to the existing
pst file.

See if that helps.
