my office disk is blank

I have just purchased office 2003 and the disc is completely blank ... I
cannot load it and when I open the disc in "run" I find it has no files on it
at all. However, I cannot contact MS without the product code and I cannot
get this without the loading the programme. Any ideas?

Where did you acquire this disk? I would go back to the seller and demand a
replacement.
