Once the mail has begun to transmit, the only way to delete it is to work
offline, restart Outlook and then delete it from the Outbox.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

| Open the Out Box, Right-click on the message, select Delete.
| You may have to go off-line first depending on mail client, OS, mail
