My PC Crashed

My PC Crashed and I lost all of my Fronpage 2000 files.
Is there a way that I can import or capture my files from
my published site?

I am using Frontpage 2000 ver. 4.0.2.2717

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
David S

Does the publish site have the FP extensions?

David,

From within FrontPage, open your remote site using your website's address
and publish back down to your computer:
- "File | Open Web"
- Enter "http://www.example.com" (substitute your site's address)
- Once the site is open, choose "File | Publish Web..."
- For the target or destination, enter "c:\website" (substitute a suitable
location on your hard drive)

That should copy all of your website files down to your local computer.

If you are unable to connect directly to your website, or if you normally
use FTP to upload your files, you will probably need to use FTP to get the
files back down to your computer. Try talking to your web host if you need
help with this.

Let us know if you need more assistance.
