my pdf file won't open up in microsoft picture manager

cant get pdf file to open up in picture manager, even though I downloaded
adobe 9 on my computer, what else can I do to correct this problem

Hi Deb

Adobe PDFs aren't pictures. If you downloaded *and installed* Adobe's Acrobat Reader, then that's the application to open the files
with.
