My Places set for individual profiles

Hello

We have Excel installed on our server and one of our user's "My Places" is
showing up in the other users My Places. Because the default folders are
things such as My Documents and Favourites I assumed that the folders are
user/profile specific. However, this may not be the case when useing the
program in a server enviornment. The one upside is the security still works
on the folders and is inaccessable to all but the one user that the shortcuts
belong to. I've tried deleting them from a couple other users but they keep
coming back. Any suggestions?
