I can't send or receive mail because Outlook keeps changing my pop server
address to 127.0.0.0 Why? I have tried uninstalling Outlook but that didn't
do any good. Any ideas?

Do you have any anti-virus products that are trying to scan incoming &
outgoing mail? If so, try disabling them

I had to wipe out all the information in Microsoft Outlook and start from
ground zero to keep it from changing. I would suggest using Microsoft Outlook
instead of Express it is much better and you can use Word format to write
e-mails with. Hope this helps.

My Incoming Mail (POP3) in Outlook Express always reverts to 127.0.0.1
whenever I turn the computer off and switch it on again. I am running McAfee
Viruscan, Personal Firewall Plus, Privacy Service and Spamkiller.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's the fault of your antivirus program. Disable its integration with
Outlook.
