My shortcut bar disappeared, I recreated and when I log back in,.

When a new program was installed on my computer, my toolbar disappeared. I
have recreated, but when I log back in, it does not appear. I created one
with excel, word, and other programs I use most frequently. When clicking on
Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar, it says that I must select 1 toolbar to run.
