My shortcuts quit working in Word only, any suggestons

My shortcuts in Word used to work, now they don not. CTRL home gives me 'find
and replace' instead of returning me to the top of the document. I reloaded
Office with the same results. Any suggestions?

Though I didn't test it, Pat. Sounds like you've got WordPerfect settings
on. Check your Tools-->Options, General tab...

This solution from Anne Troy EXACTLY fixed my problem too!!!
I had looked everywhere for a fix, and also reloaded MS Word with no help.
My "WordPerfect" setting box was checked. I unchecked it and POW. I am
back to MS word ctrl+home working properly As well as BS & DEl of large
areas!!!
