My Task Page Modification

Hello
I am using Project Server 2007 SP2.
I need to do the following:

1. We have modified my assignment view to include actual work, actual start,
actual finish, remaining work, %work complete. We are following hours work
done per day method to update tasks. now i want certain fields to be
uneditable. these fields should be visible but not editable by team
members.how can i get that?

2. I have a formula based field created at task level. This field is visible
in the project view but not in my assignment view. i want to add this new
formula based field in the my assignment view. how can i get that?

Any help is really appreciated.
