My word document cannot be saved

When I click the "Save as" button, there is no new window appear to choose
the location to save, and the it idle continuously. Please help!

No, it is fully license version. I have use it over 2 years, and I did try
the "detect and repair" and the word document still cannot "save as".

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any
mapped network drives that are not currently available.
