Name of macro can't include colon?

I'm recording some macros, but when I use a colon in one of the names, it
won't take it. Any solution?

There are only certain special characters allowed as part of the filename. The
colon and semi colon are not allowed.

Don't use a colon!.

stick to letters and number
and the minus sign or underscore
