Names resolve twice

When typing names into the TO: field of Outlook 2002 then
tabbing to the next field, names from our companies GAL
are resolved and listed twice in the TO: field.

All SPs and patches have been applied to Outlook 2002.

Out of curiosity, if you check Tools | Options | E-Mail Options | Advanced
E-Mail Options, is the option to allow a comma as an address separator
checked?
