Navigation Footer not showing up

I've got navigation on the left, and I've got navigation at the bottom,
including a footer message, on my site.
However, when I publish, I can't see the footer message and bottom
navigation in the browser. Everything else shows up just fine and it all
shows up in PREVIEW mode.

(FP2003)Any ideas on where to start?

BTW - now I find that it's only on the home page - it shows up everywhere
else on the site!!

???????

I have had a similar problem twice. Try:

Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks and File | Publish Site . . .
Set the Remote Site Properties to Publish all Pages and then Publish the
Web site. All the files on the site will be overwritten.

It worked for me.

Tools, Recalculate Hyperlinks and then publish the whole site again, not
just changed pages. Is there a URL where we can see what's happening?

sure - http://oslmesquite.org

I can see it in the design view and in the preview view - but when it's
published, the navigation at the bottom shows up everywhere BUT the
index.htm page (Home)
