need better way to view resource availability over many projects

I am working with team members who are working on several different projects.
I need a way to view their time against many different projects. Also, all
of these projects can't and won't be made into an MS Project document, they
are too small to do this.

Can you recommend anything?

ResourcePM,

Consolidated (Inserted) project files or shared resource pools could help
you view resource availability accross projects, but only if all of your
projects are created in MS Project format (e.g., *.mpp files).
