Need help with editing

I am business analyst who has been asked to edit existing web pages of an ASP solution and paste these pages into a Word requirements document. Once I have edited a page, it takes forever to load into a Word document. Can you save pages in black & white? How do you do it?

Generally speaking, the print driver on the client machine is how
documents are converted from color to black and white unless the
application running on the server was developed to include a
'print friendly' page that uses script to remove HTML formatting
and superfluous images leaving nothing but text to be submitted to
the printer.

Try to do a better job at explaining exactly what is involved in the process
you are now using. What do you mean edit? With what application(s)?
What type of content are you editing? How are you attempting to move
the content into Word?
