NEED IMMEDIATE HELP CD CANNOT BE DETECTED!!

The office xp cd cant be read in my drive???? is there a
fix for this or something??? WHY??? plz email me the
problem or a fix....anything to help me!!!

Can you read other CDs? If not then a change of your CD drive is now
very much over due.
