Need to convert PUBLISHER file to MS WORD

Help, I created a publisher file (advised by printing house to use
publisher) however, not everybody has publisher...
I need to circulate the documents to others for modification and they have
requested WORD.

How do I do this? I see SAVE AS and then WORD then as translated text in
things like Hebrew, Greek, Aribic, etc, but even if I do this (need
english....) it does not save the images as well. I tried HTML, and went
into WORD to open, but publisher opened it instead! I tried a cut and paste,
but this again, only brought over text....
