Need to save ppt as read only secure

I have a ppt file with slides and lots of notes. I need to somehow save it
so that it is read-only secure. The file needs to be like a PDF in that
users can't do a save as or copy text out of the read-only file

From 2002 you can set a password to modify. THe method varys slightly with
different versions.

Note that this is not a totally secure password but will stop the vast
majority.
