Need to show company name in To: Field

I am importing addresses from Access to Contacts folder.
I want to show company name in To fields rather than full
name. All contact records need to be filed by company
name but I also need to see individuals contact names in
their record. I have tried to import with Company name
as "name" field, but this ends up with last part of name
being filed first with a comma. HELP
