need visio 2000 drawing borders for Visio 2007

Visio 2000 has engineering drawing borders. I cannot find those borders in
Visio 2007. All I can find are borders which are not accepted engineering
standard. Am I looking in the wrong place or do they no longer exist? Can I
import them from Visio 2000 into Visio 2007? What do I do?

Just copy the stencils over from Visio 2000. Apparently it's a good
idea to open them for edit and save in the newer format.

If you have the Professional version, the various engineering title blocks
and drawing outlines are still there. Look for the stencil called "Title
Blocks" in the Visio Extras category of stencils.
