negative slack

I have huge numbers of negative slack in my schedule and I cannot figure out
why.
Does anyone have any idea why I have a couple of hundred negative days of
lack on most of my task?

Hello,
Probably very simple : your critical path is bumping against a hard
constraint such as Not Later Than...

To deal with this, go to the insert menu and insert the total slack column.
Sort by total slack. The tasks will the least slack (most negative slack)
will be the ones just before your constraint.
