.NET and excel

Hi,

I am trying to open a excel file from .NET application. I
have given reference of Microsoft Excel Object Library
9.0. My application is opening excel object and writing
into excel file. Everything is working fine if the file is
not already open. But if the file is already open then it
opens in read only mode and thats where problem comes.

If you could tell me how to check if excel file object is
already open then it would be highly appreciated.
