How do I stop the constant message appearing to "enter
network password", even though I have done it several
times and ticked remember password??

Passwords are not being retained.

We closed all programs
We ran REGEDIT and removed the HKCU/software/microsoft/protected storage
system provider/s-1-5-21... folder.
We rebooted the computer.
We input the passwords.
We closed and reopened OE.
Password are now retained.
