New File Folder will not load

I am using Microsoft Office Prof. 2003
I can not open the file template when I click on New.
No additonal folders will open up.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Do you mean you want to edit the template itself (the *.dot file)
or just to create a new document based on the template?
